This new design slashes water consumption by up to 60% vs. conventional wash cabinets resulting in over 100 million gallons of water saved to date. In addition to his technical prowess, Chad has also demonstrated a deep understanding of the needs of customers and has excelled as an expert in front line food safety equipment. Throughout his career, Chad has consistently demonstrated a passion for learning and staying at the forefront of food safety and sustainability. Dave is the Vice President of Sales, for the US Food & Beverage Division of Diversey – A Solenis Company. Dave's journey in the industry spans more than three decades, a testament to his enduring commitment to excellence. Notably, he spent a significant 15 years with Birko, where his contributions played a pivotal role in shaping the company's success and solidifying its position in the market. Dave is a proud graduate of Texas A&M, holding both an MBA and a Bachelor's degree in Biology. This unique blend of business acumen and scientific understanding reflects his multidimensional approach to problem-solving and strategic decision-making. Dave's expertise lies in sales strategy, business development, and client relationship management. His extensive industry knowledge, coupled with a forward-thinking approach, has positioned him as a thought leader in the ever-evolving landscape of the Food & Beverage Industry.

James (Jay) has over 15 years of experience in the food industry. Began his career as a formulation chemist in R&D creating new agribusiness chemistry solutions as well as hard surface antimicrobials. Moved on to consulting Fortune 500 companies on sanitation programs, operational savings, quality troubleshooting, and production efficiency.

James has a degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Nebraska. He is a member of the International Association of Food Protection and Project Management Institute.
