Jeff Dickerhoof has spent the last 20 years in various Commercial Leadership positions at Teknor Apex and Zeon Chemicals where his passion and focus has been Business Development, Building Team Culture, and Strategic Growth. Jeff has a background in Mechanical and Polymer Engineering which started his career in Akron, Ohio at Advanced Elastomer Systems as a Technical Service Engineer. Jeff has been with Amcor Flexibles for 2 years and serves as a Sales Director in their Protein Business. He is a member of the Protein Leadership Team and is responsible for the Sales in the East Region as well as the US/Canada Business Development Group.

Melissa Rodriguez has been a part of IRI for nearly 20 years, engaging and energizing clients for growth across multiple areas of the store. As a Principal in Retail & Consumer Protein, Melissa leads client relationships with some of the largest protein companies in the world. She is a trusted advisor to her clients, assisting with consumer focused and customer centric data analytics to drive business decisions. She also participates in many of IRI relationships with industry associations including IDDBA and NAMI, and her insights have appeared in webinars, blogs, and Thought Leadership publications.
