Scott is a Sustainability Leader and has been with Sealed Air for 33 years. He’s held a number of different roles in the R&D organization but for the last six years he’s worked in Sustainability where he focuses on lifecycle analysis, circularity programs, and customer support.

Terry advocates for the use of data-based considerations in packaging legislation and regulation with state and federal agencies. Terry serves on the board of directors of AMERIPEN and on committees of the American Chemistry Council and the Plastics Industry Association where she is an advocate for the interests of Sealed Air, its customers and the flexible packaging industry.

Prior to joining Sealed Air in 2006 Terry was President/CEO of Industrial Insulations Incorporated and has held various positions in biotechnology and medical supply businesses. She chairs the board of the Catalina Island Conservancy.
