Prepare for Reporting
Reporting happens annually from May - July on the prior calendar year's data. If your company has reported, you can find this information here.
If your company name is not listed, please contact Kristi Block to get started!
Step 2
Begin Reporting
When the reporting period opens, your verifiers and reporters will receive email communications that the reporting period is open and instructions on how to complete reporting. If you are a company new to reporting, please submit a verification form below. For companies that have already reported and need to make a change of verifier, contact Kristi Block.
Verifier
Only one for the company as enterprise. Think of this individual as the gatekeeper of information submitted and who has the ability to help provide this data. This individual will setup company and establishment information before assigning reporters.
The verifier can also report data. If you will be the verifier, please complete the verification form.
Reporters
Provide data on metrics for establishment(s) with a focus area(s) as assigned by their verifier. There is no limit to the number of reporters. Reporters will have access to the reporting dashboard once added and assigned responsibilities by the verifier.
